EZNOx® Emissions Systems International Limited is the brand marketing company for the EZNOx® range of emissions analyzers and has been formed jointly with equal equity participation between Instrumatic International ApS and Tritech Engineers, with the objective of synergizing the activities of both companies for delivering a complete system, based on end to end solutions package, i.e. Turn Key, to its customers both for Emissions analysis and Emissions abatement technologies.

The EZNOx® II emissions analyzer has resulted from R & D efforts by Instrumatic International ApS, leaders in designing and manufacturing of emissions analyzers for 30 years since 1977. These efforts have resulted in previous models based on piped raw gas in 1980 and dilution probes in 1990 being discontinued. Consequently the third generation EZNOx® II Compact, (CEMS) Continuous Emissions monitoring analyzer was designed, developed and introduced in 2004 for complete compliance with Marpol Annex VI, MEPC 103 (49) NOx Technical code regulations with the Easy "Bolt on Bolt off" and the EZSwap Maintenance concept .

The complete Emissions analysis solutions package including suitable abatement systems are integrated for end users by Tritech Engineers, who are project engineers and systems integrators, and the company specializes in providing complete solutions for new regulatory regulations compliance, for the Marine Industry, with an extensive track record since 1994, included among its captive client base are some of the Marine Industries most prestigious Ship Yards, Ship Owning and Ship Management companies.
