EZNOx® -ESI Ltd. EZ-SWApTM Maintenance program

The EZ-SWAP maintenance program provides the customer with a 10 minutes task of maintenance every 6 - 18 month.

The EZNOx probe is a single unit with integrated closed loop sampling, zero velocity filter, gas analysing detectors and an eject or driven pump. The probe is mounted with 4 bolts, electrically connected with 2 quick connectors and one instrument air supply tube in a quick release fitting.

The EZ-SWAP maintenance program do also provide the customer with a redundancy possibility if a problem should occur.

Maintenance program 

1. When the customers purchase the EZNOx on-board NOx verification system, is the EZ-SWAP maintenance program an option there can be chosen, this option included an extra probe unit, stored in a special designed flight case'transportation box

2. The swap-unit is stored on-board and when time for maintenance is up on the probe in operation, it is swapped and returned to the nearest EZNOx service centre.

3. At the service centre is the probes expendables parts replaced with new parts, and the probe tested with gas and issued with a new service-calibration-certificate.

4. The probe is then delivered to the forwarder as per the customer's request.
